Dago Padel Club on Jl. Ir. H. Juanda in Coblong is the most heavily specified padel facility built in Indonesia to date. It is the first venue in the country to adopt Alba-branded courts — Alba being the official court supplier for Premier Padel Tour events in Europe — and the first to surface every court in Mondo X3, the top tier of Mondo's padel carpet range.
Eight courts are laid out to European standard: two Major Set type and six Alba type. The Mondo X3 carpet uses a three-yarn structure, a step up from the X1 and X2 series, which produces more spin off the bounce and gives more underfoot protection than standard surfacing. Ceiling height reaches 16 metres, well clear of the lob-heavy rallies that low-roofed indoor venues struggle with.
The club brought in European court constructors, and the resulting slab levelling is precise enough to eliminate dead spots across the playing surface. Combined with the X3 carpet, the flatness materially reduces trip and muscle-injury risk — a point the management has emphasised for players in the 40-plus bracket who make up a large share of Indonesia's padel intake.
In August 2026 Bandung businessman Hartono Soekwanto brought Argentine professionals Maxi Sánchez Blasco and Tiago Vallejos to test the courts, both of whom play on the Argentine ranking circuit. The visit drew national coverage and reinforced the club's positioning as a tournament-grade venue rather than a recreational one.
