Links Padel & Cafe

Links Padel & Cafe is a hybrid padel club and coffee shop on Jl. Mandala By Pass in Medan Tembung, on the eastern side of the city. It opened in 2026 and has drawn one of the strongest review scores of any padel venue in Medan, helped by the fact that the cafe is genuinely good rather than an afterthought bolted onto a court.

The courts

Three full-size indoor courts, marketed as Super Panoramic Courts, sit under a tall steel-framed roof with skylight panels and full glass surrounds. Two of the three use a dark grey surface with a third laid in blue, all with courtside benches and overhead lighting for evening play. A fourth premium court and two larger arena courts are listed on the booking platform and are not yet in service.

Coaching

Links carries an unusually deep coaching bench for a Medan club: five coaches across head-coach and regular tiers, including a head coach who came from Padel People and Volta Tennis Club with eight years of experience, and two regular coaches with more than a decade of racket-sport coaching behind them. Coaching is sold in ten-hour blocks, which works out at Rp 150,000 per hour with a regular coach and Rp 175,000 with a head coach.

Booking, packages and community

The club is the anchor venue on Liga Sports, a Medan-specific padel booking platform, so court selection, coach add-ons, prepaid hour bundles, league registration, challenge matches and a player rewards scheme all sit in one place. Prepaid court packages run from twelve sessions up to fifty-four, and the platform also runs an internal league and a player directory for finding partners.
