Urban Escape Arena

Urban Escape Arena is a premium padel facility in the heart of Surabaya, located on Jalan Kayoon in the city centre. It positions itself as both a sports venue and a social space, combining a modern arena build with a lounge, cafe and communal seating area finished in a tropical style.

Courts and playing conditions

The venue operates five padel courts built to international standard, fitted with professional LED lighting and a high-quality court surface. Courts are split into standard and VIP tiers — VIP courts carry a premium rate. Booking and house rules

Booking is handled through AYO Indonesia, with rates starting at Rp 100,000 per session. Reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Players are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before their slot for registration; late arrivals do not receive extended playing time. Non-marking shoes and appropriate sportswear are mandatory. Smoking and pets are prohibited throughout the venue. Deliberate damage to the tempered glass carries a Rp 50,000,000 replacement charge, so racket abuse against the glass is strictly barred.
